Please note that banks can not process the application yet, but we wanted to go ahead and send a link to the sample. Please contact your bank now if you have not already done so to start the process with them if you want to participate in this program. Applications will start being accepted on April 3, 2020 for small businesses and will start being accepted for independent contractors and other self-employed individuals on April 10, 2020.
